Learn how to make BIM work for you — both on screen and on site. Build the project virtually before you build it in the field.
The Why

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is changing how construction projects are planned, visualized, and delivered. This course introduces core technologies like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 4D/5D scheduling to help early-career professionals use digital tools for better communication, reduced risk, and smarter project outcomes.

 The What

Through hands-on learning, participants explore how VDC drives collaboration, improves constructability, and supports faster decision-making. Topics include model-based coordination, AI tools, real-time collaboration, and integration with construction technology. Learn how these tools improve projects from preconstruction through field execution.

The How

This focused session bridges technical skills with real-world application. Participants gain confidence using digital models to solve challenges both on screen and on site. Learn how to build virtually before breaking ground — improving clarity, reducing risk, and enhancing project delivery through VDC.
