With deep experience across Texas and Colorado, he has successfully handled a wide variety of disputes, including mechanic’s liens, construction defects, payment and delay claims, contract breaches, design issues, and terminations.
Travis regularly represents clients in both court and arbitration, aiming to resolve conflicts efficiently while protecting the integrity and outcome of each project.
Beyond litigation, Travis provides strategic counsel on contract drafting and negotiation, helping construction professionals build strong agreements that reduce risk and set projects up for success.
He is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, an honor awarded to distinguished attorneys in the field. Travis earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics with honors from Texas Tech University.
