Chad Olivier

Chad is approaching 40 years in the Construction Industry and shows no signs of slowing down.

He earned his BS in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 1988. He went on to spend nearly 28 years with PCL Construction, in various capacities, before retiring in 2016.

Chad managed projects valued at over $1.5 billion across Colorado and Southern California. Chad currently owns and operates a construction consulting business, Lean On Me Consulting Services, where he provides a wide variety of management and project leadership services.
